Other things to note

Our rental price includes all services except for electricity. You will not be charged any extra service fees. The price includes check-out cleaning and high-speed WIFI.

We welcome children and infants and can provide a baby cot and baby chair upon request.

Each guest will be provided with one red bath towel and one blue or grey pool towel. Additionally, each room will be supplied with complimentary shampoo and shower gel at check-in. We will change bed sheets and towels and provide makeup cleaning on a weekly basis. You can request more frequent cleaning for a small fee.

Once you have completed your booking, we will create a group chat on your preferred app and share all the necessary information for your arrival and stay in Phuket. You can contact us through the group chat or by phone from 9 AM to 6 PM if you have any questions or need assistance. We are always available and happy to help.

Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the residence for check-in for a fee of 1,200 THB. We are available for check-in at any time of the day or night.

Electricity charges are flat and will be charged at a rate of 150 THB/day. There are no additional charges.
