Other things to note

Our prices are all-inclusive, except for electricity charges. We don't have any hidden service fees to add to the rental price, and we include check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI in our rental package. We welcome children, and we don't charge any extra fees for children up to 12 years old sharing an existing bed. We provide make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels on a weekly basis.

After you complete your booking, we will create a group chat on your favorite app and send you all the relevant information you need for your arrival and stay in Phuket. You can reach us through the group chat or by phone from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or assistance you need during your vacation. We are always available, helpful, and smiling.

Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1,200 THB), where we'll be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.

Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh), and we'll take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. The average cost of electricity is about 120 THB per bedroom per day, assuming normal usage with aircon during the night. However, if you leave the aircon running while you're not in the villa, you'll most likely pay an additional 200 THB. This policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island.
